PowerPac presents BIJOY, the first group art exhibition of more than 50 Bangladeshis and 20 other renowned artists will celebrate the 51st Victory Day of Bangladesh by holding an art exhibition in Dubai on December 12.The 10-day-long art exhibition jointly organised by Funun Arts, UAE and Mahfuz Canvas, Bangladesh at Dubai International Art Center (DIAC) in Dubai will begin from December 12, reports a press release.Around 75 paintings from 75 artists are participating in the overseas international art exhibition to celebrate the 51st Victory Day of Bangladesh.
Some 55 Bangladeshi self-taught artists are going to participate in the event and artists from 20 nations will showcase their artworks depicting that the art is beyond the borders.Bangladesh earned the victory on December 16 in 1971 under the prudent leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
The Consul General of Bangladesh in Dubai and Northern Emirates BM Jamal Hossain and Suhail Mohammad Al Zarooni, an emirate, renowned business personnel and Guinness World Record holder will inaugurate the art event on December 12.Title sponsor of the event - PowerPac (a concern of Sikder Group) is one of the largest business conglomerates based in Bangladesh and it has more than 70 business ventures around the globe.The Chairman of PowerPac Rick Haque Sikder and its Managing Director Ron Haque Sikder stated that it is a prestigious event and they will show their due respect to the Victory of Bangladesh through this event.
